Fees & Billing
Our clinic is a private billing practice. Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
We are pleased to offer bulk billing for:
• Age Pension Card holders (65 years or above)
• Children under 16 years of age
• Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) patients (eligible cardholders)

WorkCover
Consultations for work-related injuries and illnesses are billed in accordance with the Victorian WorkCover Authority fee schedule.
Payment is required on the day of your appointment. Once your WorkCover claim has been accepted and you provide a valid WorkCover claim number, we can bill the Victorian WorkCover Authority directly for approved services. Any fees not covered by WorkCover remain the patient’s responsibility.

Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
Consultations relating to transport accident injuries are billed according to the TAC fee schedule.
Payment is required on the day of your appointment. Once your TAC claim has been accepted and you provide your TAC claim number, we can bill the TAC directly for approved services. Any costs not covered by the TAC remain the patient’s responsibility.

Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)
We provide direct billing for eligible DVA Gold Card holders and DVA White Card holders when treatment relates to their accepted conditions.
Patients pay the following
Billing Details
- Standard Consultation – 15 mins (Medicare item 23): $90.00 Rebate: $43.90
- Long Consultation – 30 mins (Medicare Item 36): $130.00 Rebate: $84.90
- Extra Long Consultation – 45 mins (Medicare item 44): $170.00 Rebate: $125.10
- Surgical Procedures: $50.00 – $100.00 (Doctors will advise patients of such costs prior to procedures)
- Medicare rebates can be claimed on the day of your appointment via Tyro EasyClaim, for eligible services. Alternatively we can process a manual Medicare claim, with rebates typically deposited within 48 hours into your nominated bank account.
